The Human Resources Director serves as a link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting and administering benefits packages, policies and procedures, and helping resolve work-related problems etc. The Human Resources Director also recruits and screens new employees, aids in disciplinary procedures or promotions of existing employees, while fostering a positive attitude towards organizational objectives.
