INTERNET USE POLICY

Wireless Internet Access may be used during the hours from: 9:30 am to 7:00 pm on Mondays, 9:30 am to 5:30 pm Tuesdays through Fridays, and 9:00 am to 1:00 pm on Saturdays.

Although usage of the service is free, usage may be denied due to misuse.

The library will not be responsible for any information which is accessed through the Internet.  Restriction of a child’s access is the responsibility of the parent/guardian.

All internet content is filtered, and pages which violate the acceptable use policy in use by the City of Tucumcari will be blocked.  Content which will not be allowed includes, but is not limited to, any of the following:

• Pornography

• Violence/Hate

• Gambling

• Hacking/Warez  

• Any site engaging in or encouraging illegal activity
