Licensed New Mexico Paramedics, Intermediates and Basic EMT’s

The City of Tucumcari is currently accepting applications for the positions of Licensed New Mexico Paramedics, Intermediates and Basic EMT’s. CITY OF TUCUMCARI POLICE OFFICER

Part-Time Cook’s Helper at the Tucumcari Senior Center. The cook’s helper will assist with food preparation, cooking, and serving meals and other meal related duties; packaging home delivered meals; and may deliver meals to homebound consumers.


Two Heavy Equipment Operator/Truck Drivers in the Streets/Sanitation Departments-The heavy equipment operator/truck driver must be able to operate various types of trucks and heavy equipment, and must have a valid Commercial Driver’s License.

Part-Time Airport Attendant

The City of Tucumcari is currently accepting applications for the position of Part-Time Airport Attendant. Preference for this position may be given to individuals with prior aviation experience. Interested applicants must have a High School Diploma or equivalency, a N.M. The City of Tucumcari is currently seeking resumes for the position of City Manager. The City Manager oversees 29 departments, with an annual budget of approximately 17.5 million dollars. Applicant should possess strong leadership and community building skills, with a commitment to improving economic development.

The City of Tucumcari is currently accepting applications for uncertified officers. Applicants must have a high school diploma, or GED, and be a minimum of 21 years of age. No felony convictions and no DWI conviction within the past three years. Written, oral, and physical agility testing will be administered on February 26, 2007. 

DISPATCHERS

The City of Tucumcari is currently accepting applications for RADIO DISPATCHER/COMMUNICATIONS OFFICER positions.  Applicants for this position must be a minimum of 18 years of age, and be able to type a minimum of 30 words per minute. Testing will be administered on

February 27, 2007.
