NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

 

 Notice is hereby given that on Tuesday, May 6, 2008 at the hour of 5:15 PM in City Hall Commission Chambers, 215 East Center Street , Tucumcari , New Mexico , the Tucumcari Planning Commission will hear comments opposing to or in support of:

 

Variance Application 2008-03, Mesalands Community College (Building Trades), owner/applicant is requesting a 12’ Front Yard Variance at 719 W. Amarosa also known as Block 6, Lot 4 of the Grandview Addition.  As described in Section 17.02.030.01.04 (a) of said Ordinance 1052.

 

Variance Application 2008-03 is being considered under the provisions of Section 17.01.090.02.02 of Ordinance 1052.

 

Being that the applicant has filed a valid application with the office of the Zoning Administrator, City of Tucumcari , New Mexico , respondents are invited to attend this hearing or to reply in writing to the Tucumcari Planning Commission, P.O. Box 1188 , Tucumcari , New Mexico 88401 .  All written responses including petitions received on or before 5:00 PM , May 5, 2008 will be read and considered at the hearing.  Written responses received or presented after this time will not be considered.

Variance Application 2008-02, Monroe Manor Corporation, owner/applicant is requesting a 5’ rear yard variance at 1711 S. Monroe also known as Block 65 of the Cooper View Addition.  As described in Section 17.02.030.02.04 (d) of said Ordinance 1052.

 

Variance Application 2008-01 is being considered under the provisions of Section 17.01.090.02.02 of Ordinance 1052.

 

Variance Application 2008-04, John D. Williams, owner/applicant is proposing to construct a six (6) foot chain link fence in the front yard at110 N. Park (along Smith Ave.) also known as Block 52, Lot 4-6 of the Russell Addition.  As described in Section 17.02.040.06 & 17.02.040.06.04.01 (a) of Ordinance 1052 of said Ordinance 1052.

 

Variance Application 2008-04 is being considered under the provisions of Section 17.01.090.02.02 of Ordinance 1052.
