NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

 

Notice is hereby given that on Tuesday, March 27, 2007 at the hour of 5:15 PM in City Hall Commission Chambers, 215 East Center Street, Tucumcari, New Mexico, the Tucumcari Planning Commission will hear public comments opposing to or in support of:

 

Conditional Use Application 2007-01, Donna Dyke, the owner/applicant requests a Conditional Use for Boarding of Hard Hoofed Animals at 2500 E. Route 66 Blvd. (expansion of Conditional Use Application 2002-01). (Savage Tracts, Tracts 17-24 in Section 19, Township 11, Range 31), Tucumcari, New Mexico as described in Article III, Section 10.C.1 of Ordinance 917.

 

Conditional Use Application 2007-01, is being considered under the provision of Article IV, Section 22 of said ordinance.

 

Variance Application 2007-01, Billy Otero, owner/applicant is requesting a 16’ 4” Front Yard (Side) Variance at 1523 S. 7th Street also know as Block 18, Lot 6 of the Highland Park.  Described in Article III, Section 8, Paragraph D-2.c., of said Ordinance 917.

 

Variance Application 2007-01 is being considered under the provisions of Section 21 of City Zoning Ordinance 917.

 

Being that the applicants have filed valid applications with the office of the Zoning Administrator, City of Tucumcari, New Mexico, respondents are invited to attend this hearing or to reply in writing to the Tucumcari Planning Commission, PO Box 1188, Tucumcari, New Mexico 88401.  All written responses including petitions received on or before 5:00 PM on March 26, 2007 will be read and considered at the hearing.  Written responses received or presented after this time will not be considered.
