POSITION OPENING

The City of Tucumcari is currently accepting applications for the following positions:

Public Housing Maintenance Aide – Tucumcari Housing Authority – This position requires an individual who has knowledge of techniques, methods, materials and equipment used in general maintenance; is skilled in the use of various hand and power tools; works well independently and is self motivated.

Interested applicants must have a valid N.M. Driver’s License, with no major driving infractions, and be willing to submit to a post-offer, pre-employment drug/alcohol screening. Cashier in the Finance Department-The cashier must possess knowledge, skills, abilities and experience necessary to accept payments and make change for cash accurately. Applicant must also possess strong written and verbal communication skills; excellent organizational skills, excellent public relations and customer service skills. Proficiency in Word, Excel and the Internet are desirable. Interested applicants must have a N.M.
