NOTICE OF NAMES OF CANDIDATES FOR OFFICE;

DESIGNATION OF POLLING PLACES;

PRECINCT BOARD MEMBERS; AND NOTICE OF

ELECTION SCHOOL FOR THE PRECINCT BOARDS

 

 
In connection with the regular municipal election to be held on March 6, 2012 and pursuant to 3-8-30 NMSA 1978:

 

Notice is hereby given that the following qualified electors are candidates for public office of the City of Tucumcari. The candidates’ names are listed in the order that they will appear on the ballot as determined by the drawing by lot. 

 

COMMISSIONER - Four Year Term

Notice is hereby given that the following polling place shall be used for the conduct of the regular municipal election to be held on March 6, 2012:

 

Voters in City Commission District One (1) within the municipality, District Two (2) within the municipality, and District Three (3) within the municipality shall vote at the Tucumcari Public Library, 602 South Second Street.

 

Voters in the Absent Voter Precinct will vote at the office of the Municipal Clerk, 215 East Center Street.

 

The following Precinct Board members have been appointed:

Notice is hereby given that an Election School will be held on Wednesday, February 29, 2012, in the City Commission Chambers, 215 East Center Street, Tucumcari, New Mexico.  The school will begin at 2:00 p.m. and is open to the public.

Con respecto a la eleccion municipal regular que se llevara a cabo el 6 de Marzo 2012 y de acuerdo con 3-8-30 NMSA 1978:

 

Por medio de la presente se da noticia que los siguientes electores calificados son candidatos para puestos publicos de la Ciudad de Tucumcari.  Los nombres de los candidatos aparecen en la orden que figuraran en la balota segun determinado por sorteo.

Por medio de la presente se da noticia que los seguientes locales para votar se usaran para la eleccion municipal regular que se llevara a cabo el 6 de Marzo de 2012:

 

Votantes en los Distrito numero uno (1) dentro del lindero municipal, los Distrito numero dos (2) dentro del lindero municipal, y en los Distrito numero tres (3) dentro del lindero municipal votaran en el Tucumcari Biblioteca Publico, 602 Calle Sur Segundo.

 

Votantes en absentistas votaran en la oficina de la Escribana de la Municipalidad, 215 Este Centro.

Por medio de la presente se da noticia que se ofrecera una “Escuela” sobre la Eleccion del Cuerpo Directivo del Recinto el dia 29 de Febrero de 2012 en el aposento de comisionados, 215 Este Centro en Tucumcari, Nuevo Mexico.  La “Escuela” empezara a las 2:00 en la tarde.  La “Escuela” esta abierta al publico.
