Notice of Intent to Adopt

Ordinance 1094

 

            Notice is hereby given that at its regular meeting on August 11, 2011, commencing at the hour of 6:00 p.m., the City Council of the City of Tucumcari, New Mexico, will consider the adoption and approval of proposed Ordinance No. 1094.  Complete copies of the proposed Ordinance are available for public inspection during normal and regular business hours in the office of the City Clerk, 215 East Center Street, Tucumcari, New Mexico 88401.

 

            The title of the proposed Ordinance is:

 

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CERTAIN SECTIONS OF CHAPTERS 13.16 OF THE TUCUMCARI MUNICIPAL CODE PERTAINING TO PUBLIC SERVICES FOR GARBAGE COLLECTION FEES AND TIRE DISPOSAL.

 

Section 1.  Section 13.16.080(A)(B)(C)(D)(E)(F) is hereby amended to the Tucumcari Municipal Code

 

Section 2. Repealer

 

The title sets forth a general summary of the subject matter contained in the proposed Ordinance.

 

            Publication of this notice constitutes compliance with Section 3‑17‑3, NMSA 1978.
