NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGNotice is hereby given that on Tuesday, October 28, 2008 at the hour of 5:15 PM at the Commission Chamber of City Hall, 215 E. Center, Tucumcari, New Mexico, the Tucumcari Planning Commission will hear comments opposing to or in support of:
A. Variance Application 2008-10, Eli & Jennifer Dominguez, owner/applicant is requesting a 20’ Front Yard Variance and 1 5’ side yard variance at 317 E. Aber Ave.. also known as Block 7, Lot 11 of the Russell Addition. As described in Section 17.02.030.02.04 (a & b) of said Ordinance 1052.
Variance Application 2008-10 is being considered under the provisions of Section 17.01.090.02.02 of Ordinance 1052.
B. Conditional Use Application 2008-01, Susan Apodaca, the owner/applicant requests a Conditional Use to operate a Day Care Center in a R-3Zone at 515 Roylane, also known as Lot 2, Block B of the Powell Addition, Tucumcari, New Mexico as described in Section17.02.030.03.03 of said Ordinance 1052.
Conditional Use Application 2008-01, is being considered under the provision of Section 17.01.090.02.01 of said Ordinance 1052.
C. Variance Application 2008-11, Guadalupe Vasquez, owner/applicant is requesting a 10’ Front Yard Variance and 3’ side yard variance at 604 E. Center Ave.. also known as Block 22, Lot 6 (less 38’ of the South 100’) of the Russell Addition. As described in Section 17.02.030.02.04 (a & b) of said Ordinance 1052.
Variance Application 2008-11 is being considered under the provisions of Section 17.01.090.02.02 of Ordinance 1052.
D. Variance Application 2008-12, Dale & Roberta Stackhouse, owner/applicant is requesting a 3’ Front Yard Variance and 9’ rear yard variance at 1023 S. 1st Street, also known as Block 17, Lot 7 of the Barnes Addition. As described in Section 17.02.030.02.04 (a & d) of said Ordinance 1052.
Variance Application 2008-12 is being considered under the provisions of Section 17.01.090.02.02 of Ordinance 1052.
Being that the applicants have filed valid applications with the office of the Zoning Administrator, City of Tucumcari, New Mexico, respondents are invited to attend this hearing or to reply in writing to the Tucumcari Planning Commission, P.O. Box 1188, Tucumcari, New Mexico 88401. All written responses including petitions received on or before 5:00 PM, October 27, 2008 will be read and considered at the hearing. Written responses received or presented after this time will not be considered.
